Ms. Vietnam intercontinental 2022, Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, arrived this Afternoon Nov. 9, 2023 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1, and she was welcome by Mutya ng Pilipinas Ms. Intercontinental Iona Gibbs, and she will be the country’s official representative to the 2023 Miss InterContinental pageant in Egypt this coming December 15,2023.
Ms Gibbs and Ms Bao expect to have a meeting and she will give simple tips to Ms Gibbs in preparation for the pageant in Egypt.
