Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) Acting General Manager GM Eric Castro Ines, officially open the 1st phase of the upgrading project for NAIA’s Taxiway November.
He was joined by senior airport officials and the Airport Chaplain.
The project aims to replace the flexible pavement with rigid concrete to accommodate all types of large new Aircraft.
