MIAA Officer-In-Charge Bryan Co said that Greater Bay Airlines (HB) flights from Hong Kong-Manila-Hong Kong and Batik Air (OD) from Malaysia-Manila-Malaysia will join the growing roster of international air carriers at NAIA.
The initial flight of Greater Bay Airlines (HB) flight 231 arrived at NAIA Terminal 3 yesterday Thursday at 1:48 A.M ahead of their scheduled 2 A.M carrying 33 passengers on board Boeing 737 while the Batic Air (OD) is set to serve daily flights between Kuala Lumpur-Manila-Kuala Lumpur that is expected to arrive at 2:50 A.M and will depart at 3:50 A.M starting December 1, 2023.
CO said that NAIA Terminals are now serving 48 international air carriers including Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific Air and AirAsia Philippines following the successful launch of Hong Kong base budget airlines HK Express (UO) and its daily flight between Hong Kong-Manila-Hong Kong last October 17, 2023 as well as United Airlines (UA) non-stop flights connecting Manila with San Francisco on October 30, 2023.
