Airport authorities said the agency is involved in the projects to help enhance the travelers’ experience at Manila’s airport.

The lounge facilities include comfortable wide sofas, free wi-fi access, phone charging area, and power outlets to enable departing OFWs to recharge their electronic devices while waiting for their flights.

Departing OFWs will be assisted by government agencies concerned. They can ask information at the information desks, where they can ask about the places they are bound to, access to helpful resources and answers to questions about their work sites.

The OFWs will be able to exchange information, establish friendship among them and be able to connect to online communities in their host countries, according to the OWWA FB post.
