𝗕𝗢𝗖-𝗡𝗔𝗜𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰

The Bureau of Customs – NAIA conducted its first Strategic Planning Session for this year on January 9, 2024. Guided by the objective to achieve the BOC’s vision of being a modernized and credible Customs administration, the Strategic Planning Session allows for the offices to outline their measurable goals and coordinate their strategies for the upcoming year.

The Offices presented their accomplishments, plans, and programs, allowing for a transparent platform of information and collaboration for the Port of NAIA team. The planning session also included a synthesis and discussion of the 2024 annual collection target and allocation.

Under the leadership of District Collector Atty. Yasmin O. Mapa, the key strategies and implementation schemes discussed for CY 2024, seeks to determine and put into motion a framework that elevates the overall delivery of the mandates of BOC-NAIA, ushering in an innovative form of service to the public.
